Robert Leggins

Hello my name is Robert Leggins and I am a newbie investor/wholesaler in the Sussex county DE area. I have been wholesaling for about 6 months and listening to podcasts and reading books daily. I have been on the phone with sellers and visited a few properties to make offers on. I drive for dollars to find absentee properties and contact seller to make offers. My cash buyer is also my mentor so gives me advice on what look for and how to talk to sellers. I have no official deal yet but I’m determined to keep learning and want to grow in this business. Any advice from seasoned investors would be greatly appreciated. I hope to eventually buy and hold and build long term wealth through real estate to create financial freedom for my future.
