Greeting BP Folks, I'm new to this space and this sector. For the last decade I've been heavily involved in the Natural & Organic Food Distribution business in NorCal. I'm looking to spread my reach in a different arena and become immersed in this sector. I've since moved out to Asheville, NC. I'm involved in aggressively acquiring more MHPs, smaller MF (4-30) and notes. Looking for ward to meeting more folks in these asset classes in the Southeast.
