I focus mostly on buy and hold multi family real estate within a 50 mile radius of. Portland, Oregon I currently have 24 units and am always on the lookout for more. Additionally, I am working with a contractor on expanding our fix and flip business. I am always looking to network with private lenders, wholesalers and other real estate investors.
