Bay Area born and raised. Got into RE in 2015 when I bought two turnkey properties in KCMO. After those two, I bought a six unit in San Jose, CA with 100% seller financing, a 24 unit in Tucson conventionally, and as of June 2020, another 4 duplexes in Kansas City, MO. In 2021, I completed a 1031 exchange of our Tucson property and closed on a 69 unit property in Norman, OK. And in April 2022, I bought 28 additional units next to the 69, for a total of 97 units on the block. And also in April 2022, I closed on my first syndication in the OKC area, an 80 unit apartment community.
