I currently have 24 units in two separate buildings. I've bought and sold many other multifamiies as well as commercial buildings. I've also developed Oldmill buildings into live workspace. I'm in the process of building a 20 unit building in a downtown area. I'm 54 years old and I've been doing this for most of my adult life.
