Hello BiggerPockets! I am a young entrepreneur looking for their first deal. I have grown up in the real estate investment industry through my parents rental properties. Currently, I am a property manager of 226 units of 1 and 2 bedrooms. They are spread across 2 large properties comprised of 18 buildings. They range from tri-plexes, to 4 plexes, and larger commercial buildings. I have been gaining a lot of experience in property management, maintenance, and tenant relations/customer service, and I would be happy to share my experiences and knowledge. Soon, I hope to get a property of my own to start towards a path of real estate investment. For now I am learning more about the buy and hold market, looking into getting a real estate license, and saving money for a down payment.
