Robert Seed

I am a full-time real estate investor as well as the owner of Trubild, which offers property management and real estate investing consultation in Charleston, SC. We specialize in multifamily properties: apartments and mobile home parks, however, we also own and manage many single family properties as well. We currently have over 500 units under management and acquiring more properties each month. We take very good care of all rental owners and offer more value than any other management company, and our residents love the extra care we take to make sure they have an enjoyable rental experience. I love to meet and work with other investors, realtors and other real estate enthusiasts, there is always something we can do together, so please reach out to me and if you are local, we can grab a coffee, or if you are out of town we can have a call or Skype conference. If you have an interest in syndication for larger multifamily or mobile home park deals, please let me know. We are constantly acquiring more properties and love to work with new folks. We can always use more equity partners and lenders. I look forward to meeting you and would love to hear about your real estate business. Thank you, Roby Seed
