Hey I'm Rob from Utah (Air Force brat) but am currently living/working on Oahu. I'm still pretty new to the world of rentals but started renting out my first condo late last year. It was a great first step into understanding how things operate with a property manager, issues that have come up, and understanding the tax advantages. My short term goal is to acquire several rentals to be able to walk away from the day job. I want to help as many people as I can along this journey.
