I have always been in sales, first in the mortgage industry doing residential refinances primarily in the subprime markets eventually opening my own net branch in 2004 until 2007. At that time, I went into Retirement planning with Financial Services of America in Warren, MI. holding my MI resident producers license in Life insurance and annuities helping clients in all aspects of retirement, from there IRAs and portfolios to estate & tax planning while working on my CRPC. I also worked on mergers and acquisitions like an Investment banker from 2011-2013 while still working with FSA. I have always been passionate about real estate and took a rich dad poor dad training class in 3/2008 and have the certification from that class. I have always done some real estate on the side, maybe 1-2 deals /year. Jan 2013 I started talking with the we buy ugly houses franchise about opening up here and instead decided to join the Tim Taylor group near the end of that year implementing his systems. I did a few deals and realized that I found a niche in the turnkey market where out of state and country owners were being sold a product, but corners were being cut to increase the seller’s profits. By March of 2014 I joined Tim’s Elite group and sold my first 6 Turnkey deals. Because of my focus on customer service and a great end product, that quickly took off with some big investors and I started doing 15-30 deals a month by the end of that summer and that continues today. Since March of 2014 until now I have done over 200 turnkey deals and counting.... I also bought a property management company in 12/2014 and to insure the management of these rentals carry that same high standard of service to clients on the total picture. Our property management company currently oversees approx. 350 units.
