About myself
I'm currently a real estate investor who specializes in buying and selling undeveloped land on land contracts. I've been in the land business for about 12 years and am looking to expand my multi-family real estate holdings as well as acquire residential properties to be used as sober housing. I currently run a sober living house with a partner who is a certified addiction therapist and am looking to open more as we have a solid reputation and high occupancy rates.
