I closed my first investment property January 2000 with no money down and the seller paid closing cost. It is a single family home that I was renting out a one room and fixing up the property myself so I could one day rent out the whole house. 2012 I move out and rented the house and it has been providing a positive income every month I purchased my second home, which I am currently living in, May of this 2018. I heard about Bigger Pocket in October and join Pro because I found lots of value. I am actively looking for a duplex, triplex or fourplex to invest in.
