Looking to invest in the Cleveland OH (and nearby) area! I am an out of state investor (living in Chicago), but my sister lives in the area and I have a remote job so I can visit her often. Working a normal well-paying W-2 job, I have the capital to invest in some RE properties and consistently saving more. I've read multiple bigger pockets books, and am constantly eager to learn more! Looking for connections to help me learn more about the Cleveland market, and professionals to work with to help me find the right deal!
