I have been doing remodeling and rehab for many years. I am proud of my remodeling work and can turn distressed houses into nice homes. My wife and I have recently started to invest in rental properties and so far purchased two single-family rentals, three duplex and one fourplex. We would like to expand on multi-family real estate business in Ohio and other areas as well.
