New/Beginner Real Estate Investor. I spent more than 25 years working in the Real Estate field as a Conveyancing Paralegal in multiple Law Firms. I have a varied and vast knowledge of the lending process, general policies, how most conventional lenders work with their mortgage loans, how they generally work their loan structures so I have a good understanding of the conventional lender. So I recently began working with the Private Money Lenders and learning their methods and structures and went through some courses. But now I am interested in getting into Real Estate Investing so here I am on BP looking for ideas, like minds, networking, suggestions, the ability to connect and chat with others who have been there done that and don't mind sharing their experiences. Aside from my desire to be a RE Investor, I have also done several training courses and have taken a certification course for Private Money Brokering. So I can also help other RE Investors find and secure funding for their investment projects as well.
