Hi there! My name is Robin, and I’ve been helping out-of-state investors find rental and flip opportunities in the Kansas City area since 2018. I’m a licensed real estate agent in both Missouri and Kansas with Chartwell Partners at Real Broker, LLC, and my specialty is helping investors evaluate properties with a practical eye toward numbers, condition, and long-term strategy. My background includes investment property analysis, rental rate estimates, ARV estimates, renovation planning, and hands-on experience purchasing and rehabbing homes myself. While I still offer guidance around repair scope, cosmetic improvements, and resale strategy, my focus is now more centered on helping investors make informed decisions before they buy and keeping their operations organized after they close. In addition to real estate, I also offer bookkeeping support for real estate investors and small business owners using QuickBooks Online and Buildium. Before moving into real estate full-time, I spent 8 years working in bookkeeping, and from 2018 to 2022 I owned a rental property management business that was later acquired by a national company. Because of that experience, I understand the importance of clean financial records, accurate property-level tracking, organized expenses, and clear reporting. These are definitely numbers that any investor will need to take into account, but I chose not to include them in my "cash invested" since I did not personally own every property that I rehabbed, and I am unaware of the total investment of my clients.
