Local Colorado Springs Realtor for 15 years. I've lived in the Briargate area of the Springs for over 30 years and have helped clients from Monument to Falcon to Fountain so know this city very well. I've worked with investors, move up buyers, first time buyers and sellers. My husband was a local builder and developer before he passed away and I have 3 grown kids. We love to ski and hike and sail (when we can get to the ocean!) I've been with HomeSmart since 2021. I previously had an investment property in Fort Collins and sold that. I currently have one single family rental and one triplex with three short term rentals in Old Colorado City and purchased and renovated a single family vacation home in Venice, Florida that I medium term rent.
