Born in Fredericksburg, VA but raised in Greenville, NC. My wife and I currently live in Raleigh, NC where I work in sales for a technology company. I'm almost a decade in to my real estate investing career and am still looking forward to soaking in the knowledge from other investors and real estate professionals on BP! Experience: My wife and I currently own 9 rental properties(2 SFH, 6 Townhomes, 1 Duplex) in eastern North Carolina and Seattle, WA. I have been viewing deals and educating myself on real estate investing for 5+ years. Real Estate Goals: In January of 2016 I had a goal to own 5 doors by the time I was 30.....I was 27 at that point. My wife and I were able to obtain 5 doors before my 28th birthday. The revised goal is obtain 250k in gross rental income by the end of 2022.
