Full time Agent/Investor. Small multi fam is what I am interested in currently. I am looking at possibly taking on a smalll development project. We will see. My strategy is to work my way up the multi fam ladder. Experience: Beginning my first commercial multifamily deal. Not quite maxed out on residential multifamily yet but wanted to make the jump. I will probably go back and fill up the residential multifamily portfolio over the next 2 years. Real Estate Goals: I would like to get to a point where I am financially free. I guess turning it into an actual job is my goal. Currently Seeking: Buy & hold properties. I am looking for residential multi fam or single fam next.
