Own one single family rental as well as my present residence. Presently Design Manager for a cryogenic equipment manufacturer (28 + years). Previously a designer for a lighting company (7+ years). Owned/operated a few businesses (Absentee. well ... not really absentee, more like every second of my free time) including a machine design business, retail store in a mall, Canadian Prescription store front in RI (Canada Direct Discounters - formally on Post Road) and a casket importation/wholesale business. Not afraid of hard work or taking calculated risks.
