Hi All, I'm Rob, I'm currently a real estate agent in New Jersey and am looking to get into property investment! I'm really interested in getting into multifamily homes (probably two units to start with) to ease my way into real estate investment. One of the big things on my bucket list is to flip house eventually. Of course I want to do my homework and do it right. I understand there is no reward without the risk so I'm here to learn, gain contacts, and take in as much advice as I can!
