Rob Tossberg

I'm self-employed, my company is Plan It Green Printing and I love what I do and the companies we print for. I'm a late bloomer and just beginning this journey into investment properties. I'm Primarily interested in multi-family units. Since I live in Los Angeles it's difficult for me to afford to do this as an investment. So I'm trying to figure out if I should buy in not-so-great parts of Los Angeles or go outside of California.
