I'm a U.S. Navy Veteran that currently works in the Cybersecurity field. I stumbled into real estate through a tech podcast of all things, but am extremely grateful that I did. I see this as the avenue to which I can provide a lifetime of experiences for my wife and kids. My first two properties were acquired in a turn-key fashion but we quickly learned that the BRRRR method would help us scale at a faster pace. In the past 5 years we’ve done a handful of BRRRRs, a few fix and flips, invested in a few large apartment deals, and are now diving into the STR market.
