I am from the Toronto area, and have had my own business focused on legal, court and immigration transcription. I have also worked with a business partner in the real estate area, with property management of residential, multi-family, and commercial properties, as well as mortgage brokerage. My husband has worked in the restaurant industry for decades, and with our son currently stationed out of province in the military, now is our time to focus on REI which has always been on the horizon. With that real estate experience and good resources, we have decided to launch into REI with focus on facilitating deals for cash buyers/investors through wholesaling or assignments, throughout the US market. Bigger Pockets seems to be one of the best sites I have found for networking. I look forward to making connections here and helping investors find just what they're looking for !
