I am currently an Active Duty Navy Nurse with 8 years on active service. I have purchased two income properties in the last few years and am looking to expand my portfolio within the next 90 days by another property. I have been stationed in Pensacola, FL and Ridgecrest, CA so thus own properties in both locations.
