I have been in some form of real estate for over 30years with the ups and downs in the marketplace. Real estate is still the best vehicle for increasing wealth. I am a ground up developer/builder. I have done many fix and flips through the years. I was also a concrete contractor for many years and Since 2008 I have been rebuilding my financial situation.
