My name is Rodney I'm 41 years old I have 4 kids . No place of my own because I work every week at a 38 hour a week job where I live from check to check. I can barely make the rent some months so I am desperately seeking a way that I can get some extra cash into the house so we can live a slightly more comfortable life not trying to get rich . Just some extra cash to get my own property and not have to worry about rent . I really think real estate investing may be the answer to all of my problems. So I can use all the assistance I can get. Financing is the biggest problem I have because my credit is not great because of child support and some other things but I severely need all the help I can get .I would deeply appreciate it . Thanks
