I started in residential real estate in 2006 and quickly transitioned to the investment side, completing countless invest buy and hold transactions and over 75 fix and flips in a three year period from 2008-2011. That success turned into small new construction development in 2012. Since then we have built town home, condo and mixed use projects totaling over $70MM to date. Also starting in 2012, I completely shifted my sales business to commercial real estate working in multi-family, industrial, land and office buildings. 2018 will be our third record year in a row of growth for myself and the Canon Property Group in both commercial sales and development.
