I attending school in Miami. Pursuing a double major in International relations. There's something about taking chances that drives me to this type of investments. I am really not experienced but, that is not stopping me (....) The top portion was a few years ago..now I graduated 🎓 with honors 🎖 in International Relations. From FIU. Currently working for Wells Fargo in Broward County Florida ( greater Miami Metro Area).life under the palm 🌴 is the goal. I owed a condo here and one in Colombia free and clear ..I love the feeling.. after those two I feel I can take lots of risks because I can't loose what I don't owe..I have visited most of FLORIDA Searching for investment properties..I have been outbid more times than I would have wanted but I am not stopping ..I contemplating other smaller markets which I belive will level up in price appreciations..I am looking to Network with others who are untererted in South Florida or the whole State ( can't go wrong here ) ..but at the same time I am receptive to ideas and camaraderie in order to parter up
