Rodrigo Afanador

Rodrigo has lived in three different countries, is fluent in two languages, and is an avid reader. Growing up in international circles in Bogota, Colombia, allowed Rodrigo to be exposed to poverty at an early age, as well as to multiple opportunities to help others. His early experiences fueled his drive for success and for being involved in philanthropy. Although seeing great need can be depressing, for Rodrigo it instilled a passion for achieving economic goals that could, in turn, help others. His current passion of investing in the world of real estate meshes well with his experience in a law office, and his warm personality, quick mind and his persevering drive for professional growth combine to give him the basis for success in the world of constant buying and selling. Long-range, Rodrigo is focused on reaching a goal…extending his business to Colombia so he can have a positive impact on the economy there, providing jobs and training. Experience: I got started in real estate in the summer of 2012 after attending a weekend seminar hosted by Rich Dad Poor Dad. Since then I have purchased SFR, mobile homes, and land. The primary focus is wholesaling, SFR flips, and mobile homes for cash flow purposes. Real Estate Goals: Looking forward to the day when the passive income I have coming in allows me to step completely out of the day to day operations of keeping everything afloat.
