Living in Charlotte, NC, looking for properties in Columbia, SC and the Augusta, GA area. Experience: Previously licensed Realtor in B'ham,AL and Northern Virginia and sold RE full time for 3 yrs. Currently hold a license in inactive status in the state of North Carolina. Have purchased and renovated 8 rental properties and currently own 3. Real Estate Goals: To own 25 rental units in the next 5 yrs and maybe do a couple flips along the way! Currently Seeking: A real estate agent in the Charlotte or Columbia,SC area with experience in investing and can assist with finding the right deals for flipping and a contractor to assist with the renovations.
