My husband, Scott, and I are Pacific NW natives who transplanted to Salt Lake City, UT to house hack our first duplex . Our short-term goal is to add 10 doors to our portfolio in 2021. Long-term, we'd like to own LTR & STR properties across the US, creating passive income and building our business in real estate and retire comfortably.
