Roger Pokorny

I work full-time as a financial planning and analysis manager for a major manufacturer of building products. I recently began investing in real estate, while I continue to work full-time. I currently own rental property in Muncie, Indiana and Kent, Ohio. I have a good understanding of the construction trades and am very comfortable evaluating and estimating deals. My plan is to build the business over the next ten years and eventually go into real estate investing full-time. Experience: I flipped my first house in Sept. 2015 and purchased my first buy and hold property in December 2015. Real Estate Goals: Short Term - Flip two houses per year and work up to ten per year in the next ten years. I plan to purchase 5-10 buy and hold properties in the same time frame. Long Term - Retire from my current job and go into real estate investing full-time. I plan to be flipping ten houses per year and purchase ten buy and hold properties. Currently Seeking: Rehab properties in Bedford and Bloomington Indiana.
