I am a software engineer working in fort collins colorado. I came to USA in 2009, did my master's in Computer science. We bought a house last year in fort collins, and we love this place. Experience: I do not have much experience in real estate , and zero experience in buying rental properties in USA. I am spending time researching markets. Real Estate Goals: $5k in passive income. Currently Seeking: Looking for multifamily's and apartment units. willing to partner with local investors in MF's , apartment buildings if it aligns with my goal.
