I’m a Minnesota-based multifamily real estate broker and advisor with more than 25 years of experience in apartment operations, asset management, capital planning, and value-add renovations. Throughout my career I’ve worked with owners and investors on everything from acquisitions and due diligence to renovation planning, roofing, building envelope projects, and long-term capital improvements. My passion is helping investors identify opportunities to increase NOI, reduce risk, and create long-term value. I’m actively growing my own multifamily investment portfolio while building relationships with apartment owners, operators, lenders, brokers, and investors across the Midwest.
