I work full time as a contracted Occupational Therapist at various hospital across the Greater Cincinnati area. 1 year ago, I had zero exposure to real estate (no really, I didn't even know what refinancing was). Since then, I have had my eyes opened to the possibility of utilizing REI to achieve financial freedom! When I am not exploring BP, listening to real estate podcasts or reading business books you can find me providing therapy in hospitals, rehab gyms or hanging out with my family MY REAL ESTATE GOALS I am new to real estate and looking to learn and network. I have purchased my first multifamily rental property in Cincinnati and looking to grow my real estate portfolio. Long term I would like to generate enough passive income to where I can quit being a therapist in 3 years and do REI full time. My current strategy is to do enough flips in order to generate enough cash to start doing using the BRRRR strategy in B to C class neighborhoods.
