David Rollings spends his days in the heart of the real estate industry buying, selling and holding real estate. He enjoys a challenge and takes on projects in neighborhoods that are transitioning. Most recently, his time, energy and financial resources have gone into updating properties in the Fountian Square area. He thrives on working with a team and looks forward to connecting with others with similar interest. In the future, David has plans to complete several upscale top to bottom flip projects.
