Hello everyone! My name is Jesus Roman and I’ve been a BiggerPockets fanatic since 2017. My journey in real estate started back in 2017 as a real estate photographer which eventually overtime transitioned me into becoming real estate investor/agent. My experience as a real estate agent since I started has been phenomenal to say the least. From being a top producer agent in my brokerage within my first year to venturing out into multiple real estate deals. With that being said I can safely say that with all current/present/ and future clients I will always aim to make sure what we not only land a deal but a GREAT deal. Something I believe and stick by is that through transparency and honesty anything can obtained in this world. Real estate should always be a win win for both parties involved and if its not then its not a proper deal. My experience of real estate investing may be short but that does not mean it lacks knowledge. I purchased my first deal on my own in July of 2020 at 21 years of age which I currently House hack. Plan for this home is to touch up cosmetic work so by the end of this year to rent out as a single family home and move onto my next deal. Since then I have also partnered with two single family homes in the area that has been fixed up and rented out. The goal is to eventually overtime with all the equity acquired to transfer it into large multifamily homes. Also through the process of rental arbitrage I have partnered with a local landlord and personally run 2 successful Airbnb homes in the Houston/Texas Medical Center area that I rent out to Medical travel staff as well as travelers visiting Houston. As you can see real estate is something I am truly passionate about, but real estate or not I am always looking to meet new people. So feel free to reach out!
