Hello, looking for advice in rental property investments around Denver CO area. We already have a property that we own, we are using a HELOC as down payment for the duplex/multi-family home but we are using the FHA loan to finance it, I am wondering if there are any specific locations are better for buying a duplex than others around the Denver area. Any advice appreciated
