Bought my first home in Clapp Park, Lubbock Texas. I am doing a house hack and renting out 2 of the 3 rooms in my home for $500 all bills included. I am also doing work with a handyman and learning my way around the bones of a home and how to find and fix problems. I own 2 other rental properties, which I manage myself, and have 2 other properties I manage for a friend. I also have a flip home on the market. Yikes! Not doing this again for a while lol. My current goal is to learn more strategies on finding off market deals, funding deals, finding partners, and negotiating owner finance deals. My long-term goal is to find financial freedom through real estate and some more capital to fund some long time business ideas.
