I am currently employed with a large bank. I am a business consultant by trade and love to leverage technology. I am strong with both strategy and tactical work. Reporting and Analytics are areas that I have a great deal of passion. Experience: I have invested before. I invested in a brownstone in Brooklyn about 20 years ago but was a minority partner. My partners appeared to be frozen in their decision making and therefore I asked them to buy me out. I also invested in a single family home in AZ in 2003 and flipped it resulting in a little profit. It was a good experience however the market went bad at that point and I could not find other deals. Lack of experience and perhaps nerve. Real Estate Goals: I would like to build a portfolio of properties consisting of single family and small multi family properties. I would like to build it for cash flow and collateral for other investments. Currently Seeking: I am just starting out again. I am seeking to find single family properties that I can rehab and either flip or rent.
