I’m 37 years old and currently work in Community Development for the City of Newport Beach, where I’ve spent over 7 years reviewing construction documents and plans. I also hold a real estate salesperson license and own a rental property, with plans to continue expanding my portfolio. My main interests are long-term holds, fix & flips, and new development projects. I have an Associate’s degree in Architectural Drafting, which gives me a strong foundation in design and construction skills I bring into every investment decision.
