My focus is Wilmington, Delaware; I have completed one investment thus far utilizing the VA loan to house hack a townhome in Browntown, Wilmington, which is now cash flowing rental. I have another deal to operate as a fix and flip with an exit strategy to sell. I am looking for the next deal, a full rehab or building on a plot of land within the Wilmington, Delaware, City Limits. I'm on bigger pockets for connection, and it becomes troubling when you're the only one in the family rambling on about real estate.
