I'm an electrician in Palm Beach county , florida, getting into REI , I've been in the construction field for about 15 years doing, new construction, tons of remodels , flips ,residential and comercial.I have collegues of mine on different trades , plumbers , A/C ,GC's,roofers , as well as handymans that I've worked with for the last years so I can make a crew to flip as fast as a phone call takes me.
