I sold my home in St. Augustine and started investing in the Ormond Beach area. I love this area especially the condos along A1A. My condo is a short term rental and I am intrigued by the possibilities of the vacation rental industry. I have had businesses in Washington State, and rental properties in Texas. I'm a contract engineer but I want to build my rental portfolio in the Sunshine State. I would love to meet other investors who are interested in short-term vacation rentals. I'm also looking into the storage industry.
