My prior careers in the U.S. military and I.T. field provided me with a can-do attitude and a lot of experience in troubleshooting which I used as a foundation for real estate investing. I have been able to leverage those skills in my real estate investments to build a couple of fast growing companies. I own and manage South Coast Capital Investments LLC with my business partner Gualter Amarelo. Together we own 12 properties with 40+ rental units which cashflow $10,000 a month. We also own and manage South Coast Rental Property Management which we use to manage our own properties and those of other landlords. South Coast RPM manages 55 units total, we are quickly expanding and looking for more units to manage. I see real estate investing as the best way that I can provide a solid financial foundation for my three wonderful daughters and provide a good retirement for my parents and myself.
