I'm networking and looking for long-term relationships in building a team for my real estate investing goals focusing on properties in the greater Baltimore, Maryland area. I'm also an Enrolled Agent (EA) and MBA with a tax business 411-Tax Services LLC specializing in tax resolution, tax planning and preparation to minimize your tax liability. Experience: I have been sitting on one rental property in Baltimore, and I now need to re-start my real estate investing experience. Real Estate Goals: I will do wholesaling, Buy Rehab Rent Refinance Repeat (BRRRR), and fix and flip for active income to invest in rental properties for passive income to supplement my retirement income when I retire. Currently Seeking: I'm networking to develop my real estate investing team. I have set-up up my business and looking for ways of getting a fix and flip deal to get me started and along the way to success in real estate investing in the primary area of holding rental properties using BRRRR and/or similar methods.
