Ron Etienne Younger

Ron is from Brooklyn New York. Ron has enjoyed the idea and execution of real estate strategies since playing monopoly, even against himself while in elementary school. He started listing to and purchased the CDs of Carlton Sheets and Ron LeGrand programs in 2003. He left Sony Music in 2004 to start a family REI business in Central Virginia. After doing gut rehabs and historic restorations at the top of the real estate bubble, he returned to corporate @ Anthem, Inc and continues there as a Project/Program Director. Since returning to a W2, Ron has soaked up the extensive amount of education and training via Bigger Pockets, Wholesaling, Inc., Podcasts, Youtube, Audible and more. Ron has been investing in and doing arbitrage in Short Term Rentals in Atlanta and Richmond, VA. He will be expanding his Short Term Rental footprint in 2022 in the lucrative national parks of VA and vacation destinations spots in Central, Northern and Western Fl. The goal is to turn the STR cash flow into commercial multi family properties. The ultimate goal is to create generational wealth and in parallel share critical thinking. financial principles, real estate strategies and financial independence to young and historically disadvantaged people.
