Ron Flatt

I am an active real estate investor. I have a wonderful wife of 35 years, two great kids, who have gave me 6 grandchildren. I have dabbled in Real Estate since the 80s but never got serious until 2002. I taught school 19 years, currently I am a Petroleum Landman, (when the oil prices are right), and I work on rentals and do some contracting. In 2002, my brothers noticed I was buying tax properties and wanted to join me. They each put up a small amount of money and I became more serious with buying, fixing and selling these properties. We now have rentals, notes and properties to be sold in our portfolio. My brothers are older and are looking to retire completely, so I am currently trying to buy them out.
