A Realtor® whose impressive career acumen includes service in the United States Navy and 27 years in the real estate business where he has been a sales manager, sales associate and trusted advisor to hundreds of clients. His military service instilled the importance of discipline and attentiveness in him and strengthened his willingness to help and serve others, which to this day fuels his personal and professional endeavors. With the exception of a brief three year real estate stint in Arizona where he was also a licensed Realtor(R) and Investment Property Specialist, Ron has helped countless Southern California families purchase homes and investment properties, as well as sell apartment buildings and single-family residences. His experience as an out of state income property owner not only gives him a unique understanding of the trials and tribulations that come from maintaining out of the area apartment or investment properties, but also puts him in a position to offer sound advice on the different types of safe, secure real estate investments that make the best sense for his clients. While Ron's impeccable attention to detail allows him to help his clients work through sometimes difficult transactions, it's also the quality that often assures them that their interests and investments are being handled so capably. Perhaps what distinguishes Ron the most is his passion for the business that is so clearly evidenced by his infectious enthusiasm and energy. What has been one of the most fulfilling aspects of his life is the privilege he has had to travel all over the world with destinations that include an extended six year stay in South America - the majority of which was spent in Colombia (where he also met and married his wife Jenny), visits to Buenos Aires and most of South America in between where he also honed his Spanish language skills. Ron's extensive experience includes representing first time buyers and veteran clients alike, as well as properties in nearly every price range all over Southern California. In addition, he holds the prestigious GRI designation (Graduate Realtor Institute) attained by only 3% of all professional real estate agents. On a personal note, he and his wife live in Fort Lauderdale Florida with their dog Nikita - also a native Colombian where Ron serves his Clients as a Multi-Family Specialist at RE/MAX First Ron and Jenny are both avid fitness enthusiasts that enjoy working out and walking their dog along the canal near their home. Since she has lived here for only a short time, Ron and his wife also take extended road trips in order to give her the opportunity to experience parts of the United States she has yet to see. Ultimately, their goal is to eventually return to Colombia and open a successful Bed and Breakfast .
