I am a Retired US Army Veteran.I became interested in real estate investing about 5 years ago. At the time I took the pre-license course and passed the Maryland State license exam. I am currently in the process of renewing my license. I am an IT professional and have been working in the industry for 20 years. I am now at a point in my life where I want more flexability in my work days.
